INDIGO EATING A RATTLER
THIS is a one good reason NOT to kill every snake you see. Texas Indigo snake eating a Rattler. The guy who took this pic said "it was still rattling all the way down." They don't hurt humans or dogs!! There ARE snakes that are GOOD to have around, because they target the deadly ones. Just thought I'd share for those of you who think, or have friends who think, "the only good snake is a
dead snake." NOT TRUE!! In fact, it it's against FEDERAL LAW to kill an Indigo. There's only 4 poisonous snakes in the USA... Rattler, Coral, Copperhead & Water Moccasin (Cottonmouth). Learn about them & please don't kill every snake you see. It's important." --CG

This sounds like the opening line to a bad joke, but I had a friend who had a one-eyed blue indigo snake! He was able to keep it cuz of it's one blind eye and it would curl around my neck and weave itself throughout mm LONG hair as we sat and partied, whatever. One night it said, "Uh uh! Don't go! And held on tighter and tighter as I tried to unwrap him! LOL Brent had to come and unwrap him for me. Squished me just a tidge there! Whoo! One COOL snake tho, I loved him dearly. Just a mention, no more, tho I gotta say, today, thinking back on those young days, what were our problems back then, huh? *wry grin* We had it good and never knew it.
